2. Which routes does the policy apply to?
The policy applies to a digital subscription to Zivaro Kids in one of three tracks: a monthly subscription, a six-month subscription and an annual subscription. Each route is renewed for the same additional period, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the purchase page or if a cancellation notice was given before the renewal date.
3. How do you request to cancel?
The recommended and fastest way is a written message to the address info@zivaro.kids with the title "Subscription cancellation request". You can also give a cancellation message by phone +972 52-886-4940, by registered mail to the address Hefetz Haim 69, apartment 6, Petah Tikva, and in any other way that the law requires and the details of which will be shown in the transaction document and on the purchase page.
To identify the transaction, the name of the purchaser, the e-mail address used for the purchase and an order or invoice number, if any, must be provided. Do not send a full credit card number or personal information about the child.
4. When does the cancellation take effect?
A confirmation of receipt has been sent to the address from which the request was sent. Termination of the renewal and future charges will be handled within the deadline set by law, and in any case not later than three business days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice, or six business days if the notice was delivered by registered mail, as far as this method is relevant. If the law requires a shorter deadline - the shorter deadline will apply.
5. Canceling a monthly subscription
Canceling the monthly subscription stops the renewal for the next month. By default, access remains active until the end of the month already paid for, and will not be charged for an additional month. If according to the law or according to the express request of the consumer, the service must be terminated earlier and a proportional amount refunded, we will act according to the mandatory instruction.
6. Canceling a subscription for six months or a year
Canceling a semi-annual or annual route stops the renewal for the next period. If the request is made after the expiration of the refund period specified below, access will remain active until the end of the already paid period, and normally no voluntary proportional refund will be given for the unused balance. This rule is always subject to cancellation and return rights that cannot be conditioned by law.
7. Full refund guarantee within 14 days
As a beneficial commercial policy of Zivaro Kids, a cancellation request submitted within 14 days from the date of execution of the transaction or from the date of receipt of the transaction details document, whichever is later, will entitle the purchaser to a refund of 100% of the amount paid for the monthly, semi-annual or annual route. As part of this warranty, no cancellation fees will be deducted. Once the refund is made, access to the subscription will end.
Special rights or longer cancellation periods granted by law, including in cases relevant to a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, will be fully preserved.
8. Cancellation due to defect, incompatibility or non-delivery of the service
If the service was not provided, there is a fundamental fault that is not resolved in a reasonable time, or there is a discrepancy between the service and the details provided at the time of purchase, you can contact us as soon as possible. When the law grants a right to cancellation and refund under these circumstances, the refund will be given without cancellation fees and in accordance with the law.
9. How to make the refund
A refund will be made as much as possible to the same payment method that was used in the transaction. The treatment on the part of Zivaro Kids will be carried out within the time set by law; The actual credit date may depend on the credit company, the app store or the clearing provider. A confirmation will be sent after the transfer of the credit request.
10. Purchase through an app store or third party
If the subscription was purchased through Google Play, another store or an authorized reseller, it is possible that the cancellation and refund will be handled in the system of that provider and in accordance with its rules, alongside the rights granted by law. We will assist in locating the appropriate cancellation route, but we cannot issue a credit directly when the money is collected and held by a third party.
11. Promotions, gifts and benefits
In the case of a sale price, discount code or trial period, the refund will be calculated according to the amount actually paid. Canceling a transaction may result in termination of benefits associated with it. A free subscription does not qualify for a refund.
12. Double billing or billing after cancellation
If a double charge is detected or a charge made after the date when the cancellation was supposed to take effect, you must contact us with a reference that does not include a full card number. After review, an incorrect charge will be settled in accordance with the law.
13. Change of payment method and billing failure
Failure to pay does not constitute notice of cancellation. It may result in the suspension of access and repeated collection attempts as shown on the purchase page. To prevent future renewal, an explicit cancellation notice must be given.
14. Reservation of rights according to law
This policy adds to the rights of the consumer and does not detract from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981-1981, the Consumer Protection Regulations (cancellation of a transaction), 1971-2010, or any other mandatory provision. In the event of a contradiction, the mandatory provision that favors the consumer will prevail.
