What is Zivaro Kids?
Zivaro Kids is a playful learning environment in English for children aged 2-12. The child chooses, moves, types, listens, plans and creates within activities with clear purpose and feedback.
How many activities are there in Zivaro?
The full catalog contains 201 active activities, so on the website it is displayed as 200+ activities. Not all activities necessarily open at the same stage and not all are suitable for every age.
What is the difference between the 200+ activities and the first launch?
200+ describes the complete catalog. In the first commercial phase, the planned focus is on 20-30 key activities, to test quality, English, display and control before expansion.
Which fields appear in the directory?
English and reading, numbers and mathematics, logic, memory and attention, science and the world, strategy, creation and music, motor skills and control and basic computer skills.
Is there also English, Braille and Morse code?
The language catalog includes uppercase and lowercase English letters, reading, spelling, typing, Braille, and Morse code.
Are all activities short?
No. There are short introductory activities, as well as puzzles, experiments, strategy games and tasks in several stages that require more time and planning.

How to find a starting point that suits the child
What ages is Zivaro for?
The public range is ages 2–12. The age columns offer a starting point, but the actual choice also depends on experience, interest, the type of control and the amount of help the child needs.
Is every activity suitable for every age?
No. An activity can be too simple for one child and too complex for another. Choose according to the number of steps, the amount of details, the way of control and the ability to understand the instruction.
How do you choose a first activity?
Start with a topic that interests the child and a task with few items and a clear goal. If he understands the action and completes a round, you can gradually add complexity.
What do you do if an activity is too hard?
Stop, give one hint, reduce the number of options or switch to a simpler activity. It is not necessary to complete every task in the same session.
Does a young child need an adult's help?
Sometimes yes, especially when getting to know the device or a new task type. It is better to explain the goal and help with the first step, then allow the child to try on his own.
How do you know when to move to a more complex level?
When the child understands the goal, acts with fewer reminders and is able to explain what he did, you can add another stage, more items or a new way of playing.

Is Zivaro available for download yet?
Not for the general public. At this point, you can join the early access list and receive an update when a suitable trial phase opens.
Is joining the list a purchase?
No. Registering for early access is not a download, subscription or purchase and does not create an obligation to pay.
Does signing up for early access cost money?
No. Leaving details on the list is free of charge.
When will the access be opened?
An exact date has not yet been announced. The website does not promise a specific date; Registrants will receive an update when the trial phase is determined.
How much will Zivaro cost?
Prices, route names and subscription periods have not yet been published. Mandatory commercial information will be clearly displayed before opening a purchase option.
What is planned for the first 50 families?
The plan is to allow 50 suitable families to test the app free of charge and receive a year free of charge after the test period. The final conditions and eligibility will be published before the program is launched.

What devices does Zivaro support?
Zivaro is designed for Windows computers and Android devices.
What size tablet is suitable?
At least an 8-inch screen is required. A screen of 10 inches or more is recommended to give more space for details, buttons and movement.
Which way do you hold the tablet?
The activities on the tablet are designed for display across the screen, i.e. landscape.
Can I use a small phone?
The site does not guarantee an experience optimized for a small phone screen. The planned and more convenient use is on a computer or an Android tablet of the appropriate size.
Do the activities work without internet?
No public commitment has yet been published for operation without internet. The connection, download and update details will only be published after review and approval.
Does progress sync across devices?
No user account promise, sync, or progress report is currently posted. Do not assume that a result from one device will automatically transfer to another device.
Home use, learning and safety
What is the role of the child and what is left to the adult
Does Zivaro substitute classes or school prep?
No. It is a game tool for practice and exploration that can be integrated alongside reading, conversation, creation, movement, free play and learning with adults.
Do the activities diagnose difficulty or guarantee achievement?
No. Zivaro is not a diagnostic or treatment tool and does not guarantee a particular educational outcome. In case of concern, contact the educational staff or an appropriate woman or professional.
Can the child use independently?
The goal and feedback are structured to encourage independence, but young children or children who are experiencing new control may need brief help at the beginning of the activity.
How to integrate Zivaro without increasing the screen time?
Choose one activity with a clear goal and proceed from it to conversation, drawing, construction or movement. The site does not guarantee a uniform screen duration that is suitable for every child.
What happens when the child makes a mistake?
The feedback is meant to help understand what happened and try again, without a public grade and without comparison to other children. You can also stop and come back at another time.
Does Zivaro have parental controls or progress reports?
Such features are not currently approved for public assurance. If added in the future, they will be described only after implementation and testing.

What information is collected on the early access form?
The form asks for first and last name, email, phone, age of the child and possible interest in the tablet. The purpose of the collection and the rights are detailed in the privacy policy.
Should I send personal information about the child?
Not beyond what the form asks for. Do not send medical information, passwords, full credit card number or personal details that are not necessary for the app.
How do you change the cookie settings?
You can use the "Cookie settings" button on the router and read the cookie policy. Non-essential cookies should operate in accordance with consent selection.
How do you report an accessibility problem?
