Accessibility Statement

Zivaro Kids is committed to improving access to its website and provides a clear way to report accessibility problems.

Zivaro Kids works to improve the website's accessibility for people with disabilities and to enable as comfortable a use as possible using a keyboard, screen readers and assistive technologies. The site is in the process of testing and improvement, and we would be happy to receive a report of any difficulty.

Updated on July 16, 2026

The site is in the process of being accessed and tested. This statement is not a substitute for a professional accessibility survey and is not a claim for approval or certification. After installing the utilities and performing additional tests, the adjustments and limitations detailed here will be updated.

1. Commitment to accessibility

Zivaro Kids considers it important to provide equal opportunity to people with disabilities to receive information and use the website services with respect, independence and comfort. We work to reduce digital barriers in accordance with the Law on Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities, 1998-1998, the Regulations on Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013-2013, and the legal requirements applicable to the service.

2. Standard and level of accessibility requested

The site's accessibility goal is to conform, as much as is required and as possible, to the Israeli standard TI 5568 and the WCAG guidelines at level AA. Actual suitability will be tested through automated and manual testing, keyboard usage, and testing with assistive technologies. Until the test is completed, this statement should not be considered a confirmation of full compliance with all clauses of the standard.

3. Adjustments existing on the site

  • The English website is set up for clear left-to-right reading.
  • There is a link to skip directly to the main content.
  • Titles, navigation areas, links and buttons are used in a semantic structure.
  • The site menus and dropdowns are designed for keyboard use.
  • Text and ARIA labels are present in navigation elements and central buttons.
  • The responsive design adapts the content to screens of different sizes and increases display.
  • We work to maintain sufficient contrast, clear focus marking and alt text for meaningful images.

4. Using the keyboard and screen reader

You can move between links and buttons using Tab, return using Shift+Tab and activate a component using Enter or the spacebar, depending on the type of component. At the top of the page there is a "skip to content" link. If any element is not accessible by keyboard or is not understood by a screen reader, please let us know so we can check and fix.

5. Display enlargement and adjustments in the browser

You can use the magnifying tool of the browser and the operating system. The site is designed to adapt to mobile screens and enlarged display, but there may be areas that require further improvement. An accessibility tool that will be added in the future will not replace the adaptation of the code and content itself.

6. Known accessibility limitations

At the time of the update, a full accessibility survey by a professional has not yet been completed. There may be images, dynamic components, menus, forms or color combinations that still require adjustment. Future third-party services, such as clearing, app store, video or maps, may also be subject to the level of accessibility of the external provider.

We continue to map the limitations and update the site. If you encounter a roadblock, we will offer as much as possible an alternative and accessible way to receive the same information or service.

7. Documents, images and media

We aim to attach alternative text to meaningful images, avoid conveying information through color alone, and provide an accessible alternative to a document or media where required. If a file or image is not accessible, you can request an alternative version by email.

8. Forms and Purchase

Contact, opt-in, and purchase forms are designed to include clear labels, built-in error messages, and keyboard operability. Payment systems or external stores may be opened in another provider's environment. If an action cannot be completed due to accessibility difficulties, you can contact us for assistance or an alternative.

9. Contacting and reporting an accessibility problem

The contact person for accessibility issues is Balhadza Tamzi, licensed dealer number 316924265. You can send a message to the address info@zivaro.kids, call the number +972 52-886-4940, or send mail to the address Hefetz Haim 69, apartment 6, Petah Tikva.

To assist with the review, it is recommended that you indicate the page address, a description of the action you attempted to perform, the type of device and browser, and the assistive technology you used, if applicable. Do not attach medical information or personal information that is not necessary to handle the app.

10. Handling inquiries and providing an alternative

We will try to confirm the receipt of the request as soon as possible, check the problem and provide a factual answer within a reasonable time. When immediate correction is not possible, we will try to provide the information or service in an alternative and accessible way, at no additional charge.

11. The accessibility of the service off-site

At the current stage the service is provided online. Before activating additional service channels, the relevant accessibility adjustments will be published. If there is a request for individual adjustment in the way of receiving the service, you can contact us by e-mail.

12. Update of statement

The accessibility statement will be updated after substantial testing, technological change or the addition of a new service. The date of the last update will appear at the top of the page. Mandatory legal provisions prevail in case of contradiction or inconsistency.
